The human resources specialist mainly focuses on recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding new employee owners. This role will also assist the human resources manager with administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping and other HR functions.

We’re looking for someone that, like all of our employees, is committed to delivering extraordinary outcomes. This person should have excellent interpersonal and time management skills, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field, or equivalent experience. We ask that they also have at least two years of HR or related experience and current SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification is preferred.

This person could work from our Kansas City, MO or Columbia, MO office.
