The 2 + 2 UDA Fellowship
Here’s your chance to get immersed in the critical issues facing our cities today. UDA Fellows work in small teams on a broad range of urban and architectural design. We offer a two-year Fellowship with the opportunity to stay longer as you pursue your licensure or certification. We love helping young professionals become experts in urban design and move into leadership positions. Here’s what you can expect during this one-of-a-kind program:
Years 1 and 2
- Work and travel as a member of a team on design projects around North America and abroad
- Work with a UDA Mentor on AXP, LEED, & AICP progress
- Option to pursue LEED Green Associate & ARE preparation and exam*
Years 3, 4, and Beyond
- Assume a leadership role on a Design Team
- Mentor new UDA Fellows
- Option to engage in AICP Certification preparation & exam*
*UDA will pay for professional exams and study assistance. This includes the Architect Registration Examination (ARE) and the AICP (American Institute of Certified Planners) Certification exam.
