The ideal candidate is a hands-on, highly motivated Inside Sales Representative / Account Executive to join the sales team and help grow the business. We’re looking for a self-starter with the aptitude for engaging with people and small businesses. You succeed when given the opportunity to build rapport, pitch a vision, and create interest. We empower our team members and allow them to have significant responsibility early on. Your experience consistently interacting with prospects and customers will have a direct impact on decisions made about improving product experiences that improve our users’ lives.
Your Day To Day:
As an Inside Sales Representative / Account Executive, you will leverage existing proven sales strategies to promote Torch’s platform and close accounts. You are expected to prospect and build rapport with potential customers, conduct discovery to understand customer needs in depth, and effectively onboard customers and close new business. You will own your own territory, and you will have the opportunity to grow into a strategic role with organizational ownership.
What We’re Seeking:
•1-6 years of professional sales experience, including demonstrated success in closing new business
•Experience selling into small and midsize businesses (e.g. doctors, restaurants, bars, etc.)
•Ability to ask thoughtful questions and empathize with the buyer
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Ability to learn quickly and become a subject matter expert
•Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
•Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quota
•Interest in technology and software
•Interest in office-based healthcare (e.g. doctors, dentists)
