This person will be responsible for converting prospective home buyers and sellers into lifetime clients through skillful consultation over the phone and the consistent application of thorough follow up strategies.
What You Will Do
- Cultivate relationships to convert inbound and outbound leads into appointments
- Maintain relationships with past clients through dedicated follow up and engagement
- Scrub existing database through research, re-engagement, upkeep and follow up
- Implement, develop, and manage database and follow up systems
- Accurately track and report productivity and key metrics
