The Physician Practice Service Clinical Line Administrator (Service Line Administrator) promotes the relationship between the organization and employed physician practices under Physician Practice Partners (P3) as well as the overall clinical performance of the employed physician practices. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, oversight and working in conjunction with the physicians and managers of each of the clinics, oversight with the appropriate managers for staffing, education, training, coaching and providing direction in order to establish and maintain a high level of quality patient care, and clinical oversight of the operational status of all practices.
In addition, the Service Line Administrator is responsible building and maintaining close relationships with community physician practices, promoting services offered by the organization, and becoming a liaison for community physician.
1. Bachelor degree in clinical/medical healthcare related field required, Master’s degree (i.e., MBA, MPH, MHA, etc.) preferred.
2. 5+ years’ experience working in a medical group or physician centric environment.
3. Familiarity with Epic is preferred. Proficiency with data analysis software is preferred.
4. Able to implement and measure goals while working independently or in groups, with direction from physician partners.
