This full-time position assists the Human Resources leadership with ensuring business objectives align with employees and management goals. The HR Supervisor provides first line management of HR operations with the purpose of maintaining an effective and efficient human resource function. As a strategic partner, this position coordinates HR/Admin related functions to support business goals and plans focusing on issues of performance management, recruitment and retention, compensation and benefits, legal compliance, employee relations, and implementation of policies and procedures. This position is also responsible for creating a positive working environment conducive to enhancing the employees’ motivation, performance, and efficiency.
1. Bachelor’s degree in a Human Resource Management or related field is required. Master’s degree is preferred. PHR/SPHR or benefits specific certification is preferred.
2. Five plus years of HR experience is required. Previous supervisory and/or healthcare HR experience preferred.
