Front End Web Developer

Turn cutting-edge digital designs into beautiful, UI-friendly websites using HTML, JavaScript and CSS. As SimplePart’s newest full-time Front End Web Developer, you’ll take our underlying framework– functionality, navigation and catalog – to create parts catalog websites for car and motorcycle dealers. You will be responsible for creating pixel-perfect websites and customizations on top of that structure, and working with our Development team to create unique personalities for each dealership website.

Responsibilities:

Implement designs using HTML, Javascript, JQuery, CSS, AJAX, and Bootstrap
Use our CMS to configure and customize our dealer websites
Handle multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications:

eCommerce or Mobile design experience
Knowledge of Cross-Browser compatibility issues and solutions

Qualities of an ideal candidate:

Experience with responsive design and mobile development
WCAG Awareness
Knowledge of the automotive industry and culture
Automotive or motorcycle dealership experience
