HR Trainee – Spectra & Commercial Sales
Successful candidates must demonstrate leadership, flexibility, and the desire to work with a variety of people in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will gain experience in Sales Human Resources under the direction of a HR Business Partner. The candidate will engage in hands on learning to become proficient in policy, procedure, safety, total rewards, talent acquisition, compliance, and other associate relations/Human Resources functions. The candidate must be able to manage multiple tasks, work independently, possess good analytical skills, excellent communication and people skills.

- HR experience required through an internship, co-op or other role.
