Are you passionate about conducting research and development experiments and solving the world’s consumer problems in a state of art research facility? As a Research Specialist in Products Research you will independently define learning plans and test methodologies, conduct research in laboratories, consumer homes, etc., generate accurate and reproducible data, interpret data, summarize and propose logical next steps based on the information at hand to meet day-to-day project needs, solve new technical problems, and increase technical understanding. Making special note of critical observations and comprehensively understanding data to seek out non-obvious project and technology connections while anticipating technical issues. You will be responsible for communicating results and observations via Office tools to your manager/technical coach and/or other multifunctional team members. An Associate’s Degree in a Science field (We prefer Engineering, Biology or Chemistry, although other similar majors will be considered).
If you’re a really good fit, you’ll have:
* Experience in a biology, chemistry, or social science lab.
* Experience in consumer learning, developing test plans, methodologies, execute test plan, data analysis, and propose next steps.
* Basic Statistics – calculate average, standard deviation and comparisons Proficient in Office Tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and etc.
* Proficiency in JMP Documentation of work in lab notebook.
* Strong communication skills both written and oral.
