The External Supply Solutions (ESS) – Quality Assurance Expert position located in Cincinnati, Ohio will enable business unit growth in a fast-paced, dynamic organization, with products manufactured across multiple external partners, by leading Contract Manufacturing (CM) quality systems and capability improvement.
* Typical scope of ownership will be 3 -4 CM sites, with on-site visits expected and required 10-20% of the time
* Regulatory & Compliance (R&C) – understand, coach, and execute CM compliance to:
+ Applicable Industry standards (i.e. ISO, CFR)
o Applicable P&G Standard Operating Procedures
o Start-up of new sites
* Tracking Key Performance Indicators and Quality Master Planning to close gaps for in-process and output metrics, including coaching CM sites on executing quality and consumer complaint investigations
* Understand your site risk profile to then right size engagement and touchpoints aligned with the organizational leadership.

* Risk Management – ability to identify risks, communicate risks and drive appropriate mitigation
Required (skills / experiences) for the role:
* Must have a bachelor’s degree in life science or related field
* Experience investigating laboratory or manufacturing related systems failures, identifying root cause and developing plans to implement solutions
* Demonstrated problem-solving skills
* Experience working in or supervising analytical or microbiology laboratories
* Demonstrated understanding of applicable industry regulatory/cGMP required for Drugs, Drug Device and/or Cosmetic with the ability to coach and assess on applicable industry standard (i.e. ISO/CFR, etc)
* Capable to execute key tasks in the company systems of record like Trackwise, Veeva, SAP, Enovia, Microsoft BI, etc.
