This role could be in the area of Packing, Process, or PC&IS Engineering.
As a Packing Engineer and Process Engineer, you will:
* Develop technical mastery in P&G developed and off the shelf packing or process technologies.
* Work cross functionally with Package or Process Development, Manufacturing, Finance, Purchasing, Planning, and MPD Packaging or MPD Process.
* Leverage P&G packing or process labs for scale up testing (Mini, Macro scale) on new package or process equipment/technology.

* Work cross functionally with Package or Process Development…
* …on new package and equipment/technology improvements or new making processes/formulations, equipment/technology improvements
As a PC&IS Engineer you will build the following skills that will help you be successful:
* Process and/or Machine Control experience
* Proven expertise with sensors, motors, PLC’s, and industrial automation – Robotics, Machine Vision, and/or Networking skills are a plus
* Programming knowledge and experience desired, i.e., Python, Labview, Java, C#, etc.
* You will have full ownership to deliver change and results from the beginning and expect to gain expertise in Project Management, Capital Management, Reliability, and Modeling & Simulation (these all have internal P&G certification programs.
* Dynamic and respectful work environment.

This is a central role and will be located in one of our P&G Cincinnati based technical centers. These positions are for experienced hires with between 5-10 years work experience.
BS or MS Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, Electrical or Computer Science preferred but not required) or other related degree and/or work-related experience.
Requirements (skills / experiences) for the role:
* One technical/industry experience (two or more preferred)
* One leadership role across technical and humanitarian (two or more preferred)
* Special skills (project management, programming, digital tool, language, etc.) preferred
* Travel Expectations – 25-50% (Domestic or Global)
* Willing to relocate to Cincinnati, Ohio.
