Prime Realty is a commercial real estate firm in Jacksonville, Florida servicing property investors and property users. We love helping business owners and property investors get the greatest return out of their real estate. Our clients are the tenants who use commercial space and the owners who invest in the real estate. We promote entrepreneurship at every opportunity and encourage wealth creation through real estate investment.

Job Description: The commercial real estate Associate Director assists business owners and investors buy, sell, and lease real property. The role requires knowledge of the commercial real estate market and an expertise in commercial real estate financing, construction, marketing, property management, and financial analysis. Direct and unlimited contact with customers.

Reports To: CEO

Compensation: Sales commission, $75,000 – $250,000+

Knowledge and Skill:

Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts. Possess demonstrated administrative/organizational skills. Must be able to work independently with minimal direction/supervision while still accomplishing a variety of goals. Should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Must be able to handle and schedule multiple priorities. Requires expert proficiency in the operation of PC and related software (e.g., Microsoft products.) Should have experience working with databases. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general real estate contracts, professional journals, and/or governmental regulations. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from investors, brokers and the general public and maintain strict confidentiality. Must be able to calculate figures and amounts such as commissions, deposits, interest, and percentages. Must possess problem-solving ingenuity and team player qualities.

Responsibilities. Associate Directors actively market property, service customers, and develop a book of business. Sales Associate is encouraged to become a specialist in office, retail, industrial, or multi-family property.

Training: Training is provided in commercial real estate brokerage and management operations, business development/sales, and technical real estate application. Associate is provided the opportunity to attend structured training classes, shadow active employees and agents, and attend webinar sessions and seminars for industry trade organizations.
