A Mini-Circuits Account Manager acts as liaison between internal departments and our customers. Maintaining established partnerships and creating new relationships is the foundation for our company’s success. Join the incredible, close-knit team of Account Managers in our Branson, MO office to contribute to this success.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

§ Process customer orders and quotes

§ Create new accounts for customers

§ Advocate for urgent customer needs

§ Work with our external sales team made up of technical representatives

§ Escalate special requirements/projects to management

§ Liaise between customers and internal Mini-Circuits departments (Accounting, Shipping, etc.)

§ Work in support of all customer satisfaction initiatives

§ Promote/maintain compliance with industry-wide quality standards and procedures (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and AS 9001)

QUALIFICATIONS:

§ Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

§ High School/GED or 12 months equivalent work experience required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred

§ Computer literate: Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and eager to learn new programs

§ Self-driven with strong work ethic

§ Problem-solving and organizational skills

§ Background in hospitality, banking, customer service, etc. welcome to apply
