Venture Capital Firm Seeks Sales Executive Healthcare Management Services
We have an exciting Sales Executive career opportunity with our start-up healthcare business in South Florida (Miami to Palm Beach, FL). The candidate will be provided a list of targeted healthcare clients to sell our management services to physicians and medical practice office managers in an effort to attain territory sales goals. Sales will require the Sales Executive to follow-up and provide professional client relation support. Candidate must hold a valid driver’s license in good standing and have a reliable automobile. and will be reimbursed for mileage and gas expenses. Business entertaining in the form of preapproved luncheon or dinner meetings may be required on an ad hoc basis at which point all necessary expenses shall be fully reimbursed. A minimum of 36-hours per week will be required. Candidate must speak and write fluently in English and Spanish. No prior experience necessary as training will be provided.
Salary, Commissions and Benefits:
Starting annual base pay shall be $35,000 plus commission. Candidate can earn paid time off based on length of employment. All other benefits are negotiable once the Candidate has established a book of business. Upside potential is unlimited based on performance. We expect that our highly-motivated Sales Executive should be capable of earning in excess of $100,000 in the first year between the base salary and commissions.
Candidate’s qualifications and attributes:
Candidate must have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university. Candidate must speak and write fluently in English and Spanish. Candidate must have strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. Candidate must be a self-starter who is diligent and responsible. Candidate should demonstrate problem solving ability, analytical and business acumen, and possess solid motivational and persuasion skills. Candidate must present in a professional manner. Candidate must be comfortable speaking with people in positions of authority. Candidate must be a team player and demonstrate a good work ethic.
