Koehler Instrument Company, Inc. a leading manufacturer of petroleum testing equipment and instrumentation is interested in hiring a Marketing Coordinator.
The Position Will Require:
- A background in either Business or Marketing. A Science or Engineer background or experience in a technical industry is a plus.
- It would also be beneficial if the candidate has experience with ASTM International or with other industrial society organizations such as ACS, AIChE etc.
The primary purpose of this role is to drive and increase revenue by increasing the exposure of Koehler Products across a wide range of avenues. The candidate must exhibit strong written and oral communications skills as the position will require constant communication between different departments within the organization as well as with customers and distributors. The Marketing Coordinator will work directly with distributors to ensure they have the latest product information for their marketing activities. Project Management, effective multitasking, and prioritizing are essential time management skills that the candidate will need to exhibit on a daily basis.
The position will require moderate travel (when travel restrictions are lifted) to ASTM International meetings and other industry conferences throughout the year (3x-4x per year). The candidate must be personable with the openness and desire to meet and network with other industry professionals in a conference setting. They will also be responsible for day-to-day marketing communications, digital marketing campaigns, tradeshow coordination, pricing, content development (articles, blogs, press releases), online and print advertisements, and the organization’s online and social media presence.
