Entry Level Deskside Support Analyst

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Image and install software on Windows and Apple laptops/desktops including IMAC and remote support

· Support virtual desktops and applications via Citrix

· Open and close service requests as well as manage classification, assignment, tracking, and completion of requests or incidents

· Hardware & Software refresh

· Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook) for reporting

· Data backup and recovery coordination

Work Locations

· Base Locations: Spring, TX/ San Antonio, TX/ Sunnyvale, CA/ Cincinnati, OH

· Project Locations: Client locations across United States on Short- or Long-term assignment.

Qualifications

Associates Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology.
