ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

•Provides technical leadership, project management, and mentoring for R&D in the area of cryogenic wafer probers, both chip-scale and wafer

•Uses breadth of knowledge in physics and engineering in mechanical design, electromagnetism, electronics, optics, and sensors to design and develop market-leading probers that provide an excellent customer experience in cryogenic test and measurement

•Responsibilities can include working directly with customers regarding their technical requirements, proposal writing, analysis, and ideation

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED

•Requires 7+ years of experience with cryogenic test and measurement system and engineering design, strong physics and mathematical modeling knowledge, understanding of materials properties, manufacturing processes, and thermodynamics, experience with using scientific instruments, with a pertinent engineering or science degree and advanced degrees highly desirable

The salary compensation starts at: $101,000

Bonuses, based on a percentage of your earnings, are offered on a quarterly basis calculated on company performance.
