The Customer Care Dispatcher efficiently manages incoming service calls, schedules the Service Technicians, and performs a full range of administrative support activities for the Service Center. Under the direction of the Service Center/ Fabrication Manager, this position identifies administrative projects, performs considerable coordination, and manages multiple priorities and procedures for accomplishing the work assignment. The Customer Care Dispatcher is responsible for receiving and tracking service calls, managing all work orders, customer invoicing, inventory control, and processing vendor warranty work orders and invoices. Strong organization, customer service, communication, knowledge of audio video systems and equipment and/or a technical aptitude and advanced PC skills are required; a bachelors degree is preferred.
