POSITION SUMMARY:

We strive to attract the best and brightest talent to our team of passionate committed professionals for the Dover Supply Chain Development Program. This opportunity will develop highly qualified, early-career talent to be globally minded Supply Chain managers, Sourcing Managers, Operations Managers and Functional Leaders.

This program is a 24-month rotational leadership program consisting of 3 different assignments across Dover’s global business segments. In each assignment, participants will take meaningful real supply chain functional roles at Dover’s various operating companies, as well as its corporate offices, for approximately 8 months each. The aim of the program is to develop and eventually place participants in key supply chain roles that align their area of expertise with Dover’s business needs. With support and mentorship from the operating company (assignment lead) and Dover headquarter leadership, each assignment will offer a hands-on, supportive environment that fosters both formal and informal learning and development, while delivering business value.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Individuals looking to gain experience through functional role assignments and accelerated exposure to a broad array of supply chain challenges faced by Dover’s diverse businesses need look no further. If these qualifications and attributes mirror your resume, this program may be a perfect fit:

· Strong interest in supply chain management

· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a global business environment

· Strong analytical skills.

· Demonstrates attention to detail /excellent time management skills

· New graduates or <2 years of relevant supply chain or industrial business related experience

· Graduating Seniors: GPA 3.5+ (Preferred)

· Geographical flexibility – open to relocate for rotational assignments

· Bachelor degree in Supply Chain & Applied Engineering

· Comfortable in a manufacturing environment

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and multitask

Assignments will focus on developing skills in a specific supply chain functional area, including:

· Sourcing & Procurement

· Planning & Scheduling

· NPI Support

· Materials & Inventory Management

· Warehouse & Logistics

· Strategic Initiatives

· Operations Supervision

· Continuous Improvement

Program completion requirements:

· Experience in 3 Functional Areas

· Assigned Training Curriculum

· Excellent Performance
