Responsible for providing business development support to real estate brokers and sales professionals to ultimately accomplish lead generation and secure client relationships for firm. Will also interface with 3rd party due diligence consultants.

Responsibilities
· Work with existing clients to market and lease industrial space (including providing tours, preparing, issuing and evaluating lease proposals, generating reports, preparing budgets, conducting financial analysis of transactions and preparing surveys and reviewing lease documents)
· Prepare marketing materials in conjunction with the marketing coordinator
· Act as liaison between the client and other brokers involved in the project to ensure that information flow is effective and timely between all parties
· Work closely with brokers to prepare proposal and strategies for presentations
· Develop and maintain working relationships with industry professionals
· Prepare proforma statements and projections which reflect current and projected market conditions
· Prepare financial analyses for lease transactions
· Complete excel spreadsheets describing all aspects of a particular lease transaction
· Analyze and evaluate market feasibility for various real estate transactions and conduct research
· Prospect for new business
Requirements
· Bachelor Degree
· 1+ year(s) of commercial real estate experience or any similar combination of education and experience
· Ability to procure and maintain real estate salesperson’s license
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
· Knowledge of ProCalc or Argus preferred
· Basic understanding of statistics/quantitative analysis, and finance (e.g., concepts of present value and return on investment)
· Strong financial background with knowledge of Excel modeling
· Desire and ability to establish and solidify client relationships with a long-term perspective
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Strong interpersonal and sales skills
· Effective listening and critical thinking skills
Physical Requirements
· Involves work of a general office nature; typically includes extended periods of sitting and/or operation of a computer for up to 8 hours a day
· May involve periods of standing, such as operating at a copier/fax/scanner
· Regularly required to talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to write and type
· Ability to speak clearly so others can understand you
· Ability to read and understand information and ideas presented orally and in writing
· Ability to communicate information and ideas in writing and orally so others will understand
· Regularly required to utilize vision abilities, allowing the reading of printed material, graphics, and computer displays
· Involves movement between departments, floors, and properties to facilitate work to include; conducting tours throughout the property/portfolio, usually performed by walking and/or climbing stairs
