Our firm is currently seeking junior leasing/sales associates to join our team. Candidates will have knowledge and/or interest in leasing and selling commercial property by the following: Developing property concepts by researching and analyzing current use and demographics; identifying and approaching prospective tenants; distributing marketing materials; networking and meeting with business owners in the markets of focus preparing properties for showing; showing properties; prepare market studies and analysis; negotiating terms of contracts; and completing leases and sales. Associates will study real estate leasing/sales trends and economic conditions; participate in educational opportunities and industry conferences; read professional publications; maintain personal networks; and participate in professional and community organizations.

4-year college degree
1-2 years’ experience (but will train the right candidate from scratch)
