Job Responsibilities
- Effectively source and place candidates for our growing list of direct clients with requirements flowing abundantly based on sound relationships in the market.
- Utilize internal tools and market knowledge to source and place candidates across a variety of IT platforms and build pipelines to support Senior Managers.
- Identify and recruit for contract and permanent IT positions as needed and work professionally both individually and in a team environment.
- Engage with passive candidates using the internet and phone in order to submit qualified candidates in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with and assist team on complex full life cycle recruitment as needed.
Job Qualifications
- Must have passion on talent acquisition / recruitment in the IT staffing or corporate environment working with either consulting or permanent openings.
- Must possess excellent social media, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Must have knowledge of standard sourcing and recruitment tools such as job boards and other professional associations.
- Must be a results oriented self-starter with ability to meet deadlines.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin
