Boston Pads offers 17 in-person and virtually taught training courses on a rotating schedule, so you are continuously learning new and innovative ways to improve your career. We also offer guest speakers such as real estate attorneys, mortgage brokers, real estate developers, etc. to bring you information from all aspects of real estate. Each agent works with a mentor/team leader one on one giving them the attention they deserve.

What to Expect:
Most of the agents that start with a Boston Pads firm close their first transaction within 14 days! No experience is necessary and we even offer discounted rates for real estate classes (message for more information).
Compensation:
All our agents are paid on a commission basis. There is no ceiling on your earning potential and in real estate, the more you work the more you earn. On average, agents that follow our training and blueprints close six figures annually. Our top producing leasing agent closed 300k in gross commissions for 2019! Our offices also offer monthly incentives, the more you make, the more the office makes, and we think you should be rewarded accordingly!
