Responsibilities:

Postdoctoral Research Station 7 research topics:

1. Electromagnetic metamaterials:

Research on reflective reconfigurable arrays based on programmable metamaterials, including metamaterial reflection front design, radiation unit design, algorithm programming and optimization, and integrated, low-cost metamaterial application development.

2. Molecular antenna design:

Research on electromagnetic field distribution and radiation gain enhancement mechanism of metasurface.

3. Biochip design:

Research on exosomes capture and detection systems, design efficient exosomes capture and separation programs, and combine microfluidic or electronic control technology to quantitatively detect specific biomarkers (RNA/protein, etc.) in samples.

Use CRISPR/Cas technology as a gene editor to accurately edit the nucleic acid sequence in the cell, improve the technology to reduce the editing off-target rate, and verify the function of the edited nucleic acid; verify the synthesis and function of new traits/new functional proteins, engineering bacteria modification , Any direction in high-sensitivity molecular diagnosis.

4. Quantum dot electroluminescence display device:

Research on the failure mechanism of QLED devices, study the failure mechanism of QLED devices from the perspective of devices, propose effective means to characterize QLED device failure/degradation film layers and locations, and propose solutions to improve QLED life.

Research on quantum dot ligand materials and QLED device film interface, study the influence of quantum dot ligands on device performance; propose means to characterize QLED device film interface performance, and determine the effect of film interface on device performance.

5. Research on the Model of Oxide Thin Film Transistor:

Research on Oxide Thin Film Transistor.

6. Computer vision:

Research on key technologies of pedestrian identification, real-time intelligent analysis of surveillance video, automatic generation of passenger flow statistics, pedestrian trajectory data, and automatic query of pedestrian information.

7. Audio/video codec:

Research on the core technology of 4k/8k ultra-high-definition video coding and decoding, focusing on super-large ultra-high-definition display, continue to carry out in-depth research and standard layout of related coding and decoding technologies for transmission and display terminals to bring users a better visual experience.

Requirements:

1. Graduated with a Ph.D. degree in 2021, or within 3 years of obtaining a PhD degree recently;

2. During the period of studying for a doctoral degree, you should have achieved remarkable academic achievements, and won 1 school-level and above awards. The research direction is highly consistent with the forward-looking technology research and development direction of BOE; The thesis level should meet one of the following conditions:① Published or accepted 3 papers or more in SCI, EI;②Published one or more articles in top journals or academic journals in Area A;

3. Majors or specialization: communication engineering, electronic engineering, solid-state electronics and microelectronics, optical engineering, electromagnetic wave, optical communication, optoelectronics, biochemistry, molecular biology, biomedical engineering, physics, condensed matter physics, materials, Nanomaterials, chemistry, mathematics, computer vision, pattern recognition, image processing, multimedia processing, signal processing;

4. Have strong experimental skills and English writing skills, and be able to carry out research independently;

5. Strong sense of responsibility, earnestness, enthusiasm for scientific research and experimental work, excellent teamwork ability and innovation ability;

6. Recommended by two experts in the field of doctoral research (including doctoral supervisors);

7. Possesses the conditions for full-time postdoctoral research work at the workstation for 2 years.
