The qualifications for each position are listed below:

Architecture Designer 1
Minimum

• Applicable work experience with Revit and/or AutoCAD.

Must have one or more of the following:

• 2 years of work experience in the Architecture field or Architectural design industry.
• 2 years of education from a college or technical school in the Architectural field or related.
• 2 years equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field from an accredited college or university.
• Specialized experience or applicable design experience in one or more of the following: healthcare facilities, educational facilities, churches, hospitality, retail/commercial design, energy audits, etc.

Architecture Designer 2
Minimum

• Applicable work experience and demonstrated skill with Revit and/or AutoCAD.

Must have one or more of the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field from an accredited college or university and 1 year work experience in the Architectural field and/or Architectural design industry.
• 5 years of work experience in the Architecture field or Architectural design industry.
• 2 years of education from a college or technical school in the Architecture field or related and 3 years work experience in the Architecture field and/or Architectural design industry.
• Combination of education and experience may be considered in place of a degree.

Preferred

• Specialized experience or applicable design experience in one or more of the following: healthcare facilities, educational facilities, churches, hospitality, retail/commercial design, energy audits, etc.

Architecture Designer 3
Minimum:

• Applicable work experience and demonstrated proficiency with Revit and/or AutoCAD.

Must have one or more of the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field from an accredited college or university and 3 year work experience in the Architectural field and/or Architectural design industry.
• 7 years of work experience in the Architecture field or Architectural design industry.
• 2 years of education from a college or technical school in the Architectural field or related and 5 years work experience in the Architecture field and/or Architectural design industry.
• Combination of education and experience may be considered in place of a degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Specialized experience or applicable design experience in one or more of the following: healthcare facilities, educational facilities, churches, hospitality, retail/commercial design, energy audits, etc.
