The Leadership Development Program (2-year rotational commitment) is designed to train and develop emerging leaders quickly so that leaders can do what they do best-drive innovation! We believe it is critical that leaders have a breadth of understanding of the entire business process. We want raw talent who will roll their sleeves up for the big challenges; who can influence others and collaborate to make our business stronger and support us in our mission to protect life. As a Business Associate, before settling into your full-time role, you will have the opportunity to gain exposure to departments across the organization, including Marketing, Sales, Operations, Product Management, Supply Chain, Recruiting, Consumer Products, and other related areas. Each rotation will be tailored to your skills and interest to ensure optimal role to personnel fit.

Program Goal: Our goal is to invest in and create future leaders for Axon. This role is well suited for driven, self-motivated, emotionally intelligent, open minded individuals looking to reach their “Highest Possible Trajectory” in their area of expertise.
Program Mission: To provide a platform focused on developing and rounding out the skills of emerging talent to join the Fall, 2021 Cohort (anticipated start date; early-mid September).
Program Strategy: 2-years through 3-4 (6 month) rotations capitalizing on strengths, interest, and business needs; while also stretching to learn new areas of the business. Individuals will have a focus on working cross-functionally and advancing Axon holistically.
Program Outcome: Leverage the teachings from previous rotations to identify one’s passion and strengths to transition out of the program into a full-time, non-rotational position.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in business, science, technology, engineering, or mathematics-related area of study – obtained within the last 2-years (or verified as obtained in advance of the program start date)
- Applicable internship, co-op, research, or project experience
- GPA greater than or equal to 3.0/4.0
- Demonstrated leadership experience through on-campus and/or community involvement
- Self-starter who thrives with problem-solving and embraces ambiguity
- Enthusiasm and commitment to AXON’s Mission, Core Values, and Program Mission
- Willingness to join forces and drive company-wide initiatives across multiple departments
