Responsibilities

  • Define software specifications
  • Develop code and documentation
  • Troubleshoot, design and implement bug fixes
  • Perform software tests on code and enhancements
  • Compile data for reports, analysis and statements
  • Interface with internal customers for requirements analysis and schedules
  • Interface with external customers regarding software issues and updates

Requirements

  • Graduating with a Bachelor’s degree Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
  • Must be in good academic standing with a GPA of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale
  • Able to solve complex problems and take a new perspective on existing solutions
  • Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information
  • Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus

Considerations

  • Previous internship or related experience in field
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in associations
  • Programming experience in specific languages
  • Thesis and relevant coursework
