Mia Talavera is a high-performing leader who is passionate about strategy and inspiring positive culture change by designing and driving Global Diversity & Inclusion strategies—creating a clear vision for the future of Inclusion, Diversity and Equity in the workplace. She is passionate about building truly inclusive workplace cultures, promoting equitable business practices, and engaging in meaningful conversations to understand better how organizations continuously improve their inclusivity efforts despite barriers.
In her work, Mia has developed and implemented enterprise-wide D&I strategy and standards, commissioned multiple Global D&I Councils, lead Global ERG/affinity networks within the professional services industry to foster a culture of inclusion that celebrates diversity in all forms. Ascending to her new role, Mia remains focused on instilling Diversity, Equity and Inclusion into the heart of LVMH Maison: Benefit Cosmetics—leading courageous conversations, influencing business strategy, and impacting workplace culture.
