Job Summary
Media Payables and Processing Coordinator responsibilities include working in Mediaocean’s Advertising system to open and maintain basic client and vendor files. Input media buys and process vendor invoices for payment. Responsibilities also include working with media vendors and RPA’s media teams to resolve invoice discrepancies. Must be a team player, comfortable with numbers, organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task.
What You’ll Be Working On
- Maintain basic client and vendor files in Mediaocean for all media types
- Enter and manage print buys
- Process vendor invoices and work with media teams to resolve discrepancies
- Work in IPS for digital invoices (our third-party invoice service provider)
- Manage digital invoices in IPS and Mediaocean’s Prisma program

This is a non-exempt position and is eligible for overtime compensation.
The semi-monthly salary range for this position is $1,516.67 with an annualized equivalent of $36,400.
