Human Resource Management Certificate

The University of Miami Human Resource Management Certificate program readies by providing an in-depth view of organizational structure and explaining the role of professionals with HR functions in building a business culture, managing organizational change, handling conflict resolution, increasing employment retention, and maximizing employee performance.

This program is offered through the Office of Professional Advancement at the University of Miami.

The program is six months in length. This program is offered on our Coral Gables campus, or on-site for large corporate client groups.The tuition for the course is $3,295, which includes all materials and a 12-month membership in the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
