The University of Miami Ethical Business Decision Making Certificate Program teaches students to identify ethical issues and decision-making challenges and builds the critical thinking skills necessary to create and maintain an ethical work environment. The program discusses the conceptual framework of business ethics, explores the various rationales behind workplace decisions, and explains how ethical practices enhance confidence in business decisions and assist in goal attainment. Students will augment their problem-solving skills, hone their ability to become an effective active listener, and increase their competence to create contingency plans regarding predictable future situations.
